How to order our workwear
At R&L, we like to keep things simple. Discover the eight simple steps of ordering workwear with us, from concept all the way through to completion.
You can reach out to us through our website by submitting an inquiry online or by using the email and phone contact details provided on our website.
Upon receiving your sample request, we will customize samples according to your specifications and send them to you for confirmation once they are ready.
Upon receiving your order requirements, which include style, size, color preferences, and more, we will design the workwear, considering the style, patterns, and details, or customize it as per your specific requests.
After confirming the design and quantity for the bulk order, we will discuss the pricing for the bulk workwear with you. Once the price is confirmed, we will proceed with production.
Once we receive the deposit, we will arrange for the procurement of bulk fabric . Simultaneously, we will confirm the details of packaging, labels, hangtags, packaging bags, and more with you. Once all the materials arrive at the factory, we will commence workwear production.
After the bulk production is completed, our quality control team will conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that all aspects of the workwear meet the design requirements and are free from defects. We inspect the strength of stitching, fabric condition, and correct sizing, among other criteria. Subsequently, we package the workwear as finished products, typically using plastic bags, cardboard boxes, or other packaging materials. We add labels, size information, and washing instructions to the packaging.
We can arrange transportation to your specified freight forwarder or ship the products to you using our preferred freight forwarders via sea, air, or courier services. We will provide cost options for different shipping methods for your selection. Once the final shipping method is chosen, we will provide tracking information.
Generally, sea freight, which includes taxes, takes approximately 20-30 days for delivery. Air freight, including taxes, typically takes 12-15 days for delivery. Courier shipping does not include taxes, and you may be required to pay customs duties upon receipt. Delivery usually takes 5-8 days. Please note that the estimated delivery times are subject to local customs inspections and weather conditions.
